Online Continuing Education Classes

As to places for you to affordably address your CE needs on a rather immediate basis, try any of the following. These are all web-based and you can get all your 24 CE hours very inexpensively. I’m quoting the last pricings I saw for each so you might want to verify before you engage as some may have gone up and others may have come down:

[1] www.irealtyschool.com -or- www.azrenew.com : 24 hours for $90

[2] www.StateCE.com $24 hours for $120 [they also have a toll free # of
800-994-3040 so you
can call and see if these guys are cheaper than this]

[3] www.how2educate.com 24 hours for $75 [these guys are in Sedona. The contact is Kathy Howe at (928) 274-4088.]

[4] Real Estate Learning Center, 1837 W. Guadalupe Suite #104, Mesa, AZ 85202, Voice (480) 755-1809; Fax (480) 755-1933 www.realestatelc.com 24 hours for $99; 9 hours for $59.

[5] The Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, 7142 East 1st Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
Voice (480) 946-7576; Fax (480) 949-5918. On-line Continuing Education classes accessable by
following the following path on-line:
[a] Open your web browser and go to: www.asreb.com
[b] Click on the third button across the top of the window called: ONLINE RENEWAL COURSES
[c] Click on the second button down the left side of the window called: Real Estate
[d] The next window that opens will allow you to register and pay for either a bunch of specific classes OR
all 24 hours. Cost for all 24 hours is $130.

[6] www.agentcampus.com 24 hours usually for $185, and sometimes on sale @ $111 [ try discount code AZ/06 ]. Phone is (888) 360-8724.

[7] Institute for Continuing Education, P.O. Box 1169, Woodstock, IL 60098, (800) 621-8341.
www.4ice.com 24 hours for $78.

[8] One more thing for you to keep in mind, and that’s making sure you have addressed the ADRE’s newest requirement, to wit: the Legal Presence Requirement. ADRE WILL NOT RENEW YOUR LICENSE IF YOU HAVE NOT FULFILLED THIS REQUIREMENT PRIOR TO YOUR APPLYING FOR RENEWAL. AND….it will take them 48-72 hours to receive and approve your submission on this score.
What I’m suggesting is that you take 5
minutes to do this FIRST and RIGHT NOW so as to dispatch this obligation and put the ball in their court while you go get your CE hours.

Stay in touch and best of luck. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Respectfully,

John Poggendorf
