Here's how to become an ERN, LLC Associate:
(1) First Reassign your license to ERN, LLC. You can do so two ways:
(A) Go to the ADRE website; click "ONLINE SERVICES," click "ONLINE LICENSING AND RENEWAL SYSTEM," type in your particulars at the bottom of the page and click the "LOGIN" button in the lower left hand corner of the page, then in the "I WANT TO..." section of the new page that just popped up click on "ADD OR CHANGE MY EMPLOYER" line and follow the prompts. The ERN, LLC Entity License Number is: LC572205000. This will cost $10 on line so have a credit card handy.
-- OR --(B) Download and fill out ADRE Form LI-202 available on the ADRE web site or download it from our forms page. This will cost you $20 in check form, so append that check to your filled out LI-202 when you mail it to us.
(2)Then mail your completed LI-202 form (or a copy of your receipt from reassigning your license to ERN, LLC on-line), the signed Independent Contractor Agreement, the signed Independent Contractor Affidavit, and the signed Policies and Procedures Manual signature page, along with a check or money order for $100 made payable to ERN, LLC to:
